a perfect place to relax
polite staffcomfortable roommouldy ceiling
staff was very polite i noticed. the food was good i thought. my room was clean and very comfortable with all the amenities i needed.
the hotel is feeling its age a little. air conditioning was gurgling and noisy i found. the bathroom had a mouldy ceiling due to poor ventilation.

the staff were friendly. the room was big and spacious. breakfast had plenty of options. the hotel location is good for a family visit.
the premium room wasnt particularly premium. the road noise was quite loud. the window was draughty. the premium room has a fridge, snacks and a nespresso machine.

alli, kat, and carol. the shower was really good with great water pressure. i appreciated that my puppy, albert, could stay with me during my trip. the breakfast buffet offered a wide array of hot and delicious options.
the bedroom carpet had a couple of marks, but this did not impact my overall stay.

a calm and quiet space

The staff was so kind. my mother was in hospital, and they allowed me to check in early. they also upgraded my room. It felt so helpful to have somewhere calm and quiet to rest. i really thought the room was comfortable though it felt a little cold.
the cleaning lady just entered the room without even knocking. a few hours later i saw the same thing happen to some guy across my room. when i mentioned it to the receptionist, she ignored it! like it's a regular thing.

the hotel offered great parking! it had ample spaces and good access to the town center. there was also a well-equipped gym with several treadmills and stationary bikes, a great way to exercise. a lovely, modern, clean room ensured a pleasant visit.
